Product Description
TTWash® is a water-based surface additive used to achieve exposed aggregate concrete in fresh concrete applications.
Applications- To achieve an exposed aggregate surface in fresh concrete applications,
- To produce aesthetic architectural concrete in-site,
- For manufacturing Wash concrete facade panels in prefabricated facade panels,
- To prevent the surface of fresh concrete from freezing, creating different forms such as stamped / textured surfaces.
- Depending on the amount used, TTWash® delays the setting of the concrete surface to a controlled depth. It does not affect the inner part of the concrete (setting, etc.).
- It does not cause color change, abrasion, or breakage in the aggregate on the applied surface.
- It is a safe and fast method compared to acid washing, sandblasting, etc.
- Does not contain chlorides or harmful substances.
- Does not contain solvents.
- TTWash® should be thoroughly shaken before use.
- It can be applied by spraying or brushing.
- The amount of TTWash® used should be adjusted according to the desired depth of treatment.
- The ambient temperature during application should be at least +5°C.
